Moving In?
Welcome to Carlton Lakes.
In order to make the transition to your new home as smooth as possible, we have listed below some helpful information.
Make sure you receive from the previous owners:
- Previous Owners Last and First Name-very important
- Unit keys
- Keys to the mailbox
- Documents for your individual association
- Master Association Documents
- All gate clickers and all gate codes
- Stop by the Clubhouse office on a Monday or Friday between 8AM and 10AM and fill out a gate entry/use form
- Records in our management company computer system cannot be changed/updated until they receive actual title company and deed work
- Allow two to three weeks for your association’s management company to receive your title and deed documents
- Make sure to notify your moving company that trucks:
- Enter through the south-gate only

- Not to park incorrectly
obstructing driveways or inconvenience other owners
- And, trucks are responsible for any association property damage.
- Contact any and all appropriate utility companies (Info provided below)
